Matt did an amazing job as our realtor! We purchased a home with him in 2020 and still receive support from him 2 years later! We had some issues with the builder and Matt was quick to advocate for us and resolve those issues that was a win for everyone involved. We met Matt initially through our rental property, where Matt was our landlord. We had been in the “renters world” for some time and Matt was the first amazing landlord we had and turned into an even better realtor. As first time home buyers, we didn’t know the first thing about the process or what we were setting ourselves up for and Matt met with us and answered all of my questions and gave us all the information we would need to know. When we decided to move forward with the buying process, Matt directed us to his team and preferred lender, Kris Hocum. Matt and Kris are both very personable and set up us for success. I feel that is not the case with every realtor and lender duo, but they are a great pair.
Matt actually took the time to get to know us, responded to all our needs and wants in buying a home, reassured me that no question was a dumb question, was on top of calls and texts (day and night), moved mountains when you want to see a property, and all in all made the transition a quick and smooth process.
