I have lived in Northern Colorado for the past 25 years. I am a lifelong entrepreneur, founding and growing multiple companies over these 25 years. These companies include M & E Painting, MattShoup.com, and RiRy, LLC makers of The Pirate Patch.

Real estate has by far been one of the best investments I have made for my family and me over my lifetime. I have been passionate about real estate ever since I purchased my first home in 2003.  Over the past 14 years, I have purchased and sold multiple homes for my family as well as for investments.

As I have journeyed through the the stages of being a first time home buyer, first time home seller, investor, landlord, and real estate professional, I faced challenges and roadblocks, and searched for people to be resources for me as I created a future for our family with real estate.

In October of 2016, I decided to acquire my real estate license, and from there I was immediately drawn to C3 Real Estate Solutions. My personal relationship with one of C3's Co-founders, as well as their displayed integrity and consistency to their 3 C's (Character, Culture, and Commitment) made it an easy decision of where call home. After closing my first real estate deal I was hooked, and made myself, as well as all my clients, the promise that I would become Northern Colorado's top and most recognized agent as fast as possible.

The past 25 years of my life, I have spent time doing all of this.  Marketing is one of my life's passions. My first company, M & E Painting, I founded with my last $100 in 2005.  I spent the next 2 years generating $2,000,000 of residential repainting contracts by trying and testing every form of marketing available.  To date, we have produced close to $30,000,000 of painting contracts, and we have been recognized as expert marketers.  I speak to entrepreneurs, CEOs and small business owners across the globe about topics such as marketing, sales, human behavior and motivation, and business growth.  I am a certified behavior and personality profiler, and understand the ins and outs of how and why people behave the way they do in negotiations.

Lastly, this is a passion of mine! I am not driven by money, nor do I view working with a client through a money lens. I have been blessed with enough money from my other ventures to take care of my family's wants, needs and lifestyle.  For me, real estate is a way to leave a financial legacy for my family, and give back to a some of the organizations and causes my family and I are passionate about.

I get to hang out with some of Northern Colorado's most fun, exciting and interesting people, and help make their lives and businesses better through real estate. If I feel I can not do so for a client, I will be the first one to step away from the deal, leaving me more time to work with the clients I know I can serve with excellence.
